To exercise the right to a refund,
the Customer must send by registered letter, within 15 (fifteen) days
counting from the day the order was received, all the material
received. This material must be new and complete and the products must
be, whenever possible, sent back in the original packages together with
the return voucher.
If the product has been damaged, the customer shall not be refunded.
This right to refund is free of charge, apart from the postage fee,
which shall be paid by the customer. The customer shall be refunded
through bank transfer if the original payment was made through bank
transfer. In the case of payment by credit card, the refund shall be
undertaken on the credit card and will be seen on the next credit card
invoice. If the payment was made using the virtual card (MBNET), the
refund shall be made directly into the customer’s bank account. After
the technical assessment, the refund shall be made within 20 days.
To return the package, the customer should return the product by Post (or using another carrier).
