Products purchased from the Site are delivered in Portugal and abroad at the address indicated by the customer when making the purchase.
We provide 3 (three) delivery methods: through normal post, which is ideal for deliveries in Portugal
and Europe, or through the international UPS transport network.
If you do not receive your product within the indicated deadline, please contact the FEITORIA Customer Care Service. During this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the order will have to be confirmed. The customer is entitled, upon receiving the order, to open the parcel and check that the product is in accordance with what was requested and free from external defects. If the product is different from that ordered or has visible defects, we recommend that the customer does not accept the delivery. She/he should fill in the form provided for this purpose and hand the product back to the carrier who will oversee its return. An email describing the problem should also be sent to the Customer Care Service in the following 24 hours. In the case of UPS deliveries in which the parcel was not checked, the customer has 24 hours to communicate the problem to our Customer Care Service.
