Terms and Conditions

On www.feitoria.com.pt  you can place non-binding pre-orders on a selection of categories, provided that you will be leaving on a flight from Faro airport. Despite the pre-order you will not be obliged to collect and pay for the goods. A purchase agreement will only be concluded by way of payment and delivery of the ordered products at the cash point of Feitoria Shop at the airport.

However, in case of an apparent misuse of pre-orders we reserve the right to exclude the user from the Website.

To place pre-orders you have to register with  www.feitoria.com.pt as user. Following the successful activation you may place pre-orders.

After placement of a pre-order you will be directed to the confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation note by e-mail. Please note that online-orders have to be placed at least 36 hours prior to departure

Prices

The prices and the total amount of the pre-order will be quoted in Euros (€). They are subject to change without notice. However, the sales price at the time of conclusion of the purchase agreement will be the relevant one, i.e. the price to be paid at the time of handing over the ordered goods. It therefore may be the case that a price (also promotion prices) as at the time of the pre-order will no longer be valid at the time of collection. On the other hand, you might profit from a promotion or price reduction with regard to the product you ordered that may have been introduced subsequent to your pre-order and is still valid at the time of collection of the goods.

Payment and Passing over of Risk of Damage and Loss

All goods must be paid for upon collection. You may pay cash or with VISA. As you take the products with you we will not charge the shipping costs and wi make a 10% discount in your order. The risk of damage and loss passes with the handing over of the products to you. Until such time as we receive full payment by you ownership of the products remains vested in us. Very Important: Don't forget to mention that your order will be picked up at the shop in the airport. You can write it on your order.

Please note that our range of products is subject to change. We cannot be held liable if a pre-ordered product no longer is available at the time of collection.

Collection of Pre-Ordered Products

In case of change or cancellation of your flight the pre-order will still be available until 48 hours after the scheduled day of your departure.

Current EU Regulations

To protect you against the new threat of liquid explosives, the European Union (EU) has adopted security rules that restrict the amount of liquids that you can take through security checkpoints. They apply to all passengers departing from airports in the EU whatever their destination. This means that, at security checkpoints, you and your hand luggage must be checked for liquids in addition to other prohibited articles.

However, the new rules do not limit the liquids that you can buy at shops located beyond the point where you show your boarding pass or on board an aircraft operated by an EU airline.

The new rules apply since 6 November 2006 at all airports in the EU and in Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.

Goods out of Stock

If a product, contrary to expectations, cannot be made available due to difficulties in supply or security requirements, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.

Change or cancelation of Pre-Orders

Changes to pre-orders are possible until 36 hours prior to departure. Log in and your pre-orders will show under “pre-order history”. Then click on the number of the pre-order you would like to change, then make the change, or add a product. You can delete a pre-order by clicking on the recycle bin symbol.

Inspection and Warranty

The package of the products must be inspected upon receipt of the goods. Immediate notification must be made of any defects or deviations of the products.
